Building skilled practitioners • Strengthening organisations • Developing effective systems

For more than 20 years I've worked across community services in roles spanning frontline practice, leadership and organisational development.

During that time I've worked in alcohol and other drugs, disability, homelessness, child protection, mental health, domestic and family violence, and Men's Behaviour Change. This breadth of experience  has taught me just as much as my formal qualifications.

I'm honoured to serve people during some of the most difficult times in their lives.  Over the years I've learnt that lasting change for those we serve is built on skilled practitioners, strong organisations, and effective systems. So that's where I focus my work—helping organisations build workforce capability, strengthen practice, and develop systems that support effective responses.

Best practice continues to evolve, and I'm passionate about helping practitioners evolve with it. I enjoy taking the latest research, and emerging evidence and translating it into practical tools, policies, conversations and strategies that can be confidently applied in everyday work.

If you're looking to strengthen your team, improve practice, or tackle a complex challenge, I'd love to have a yarn.
